Summer 2019 is around the corner and I always consider myself such a lucky girl that I get to spend it in Amsterdam. This gorgeous city is worth a visit all throughout the year but especially fun in the summertime. Let me show you why!
We Dutchies LOVE the sun and we’ve learned to fully take advantage of every ray of sunlight we’re granted. And since the skies are often pretty grey over here, you’ll find us quickly crowding the terraces and parks whenever the weather gods are kind to us.

The summer days are long and the sun doesn’t set until around 10 p.m. Which means you get to enjoy a whole lot of extra hours of daylight to explore all the pretty streets and canals Amsterdam is known for.
